Principal acknowledges that Custodian is the counterparty with respect to foreign exchange transactions provided under the Standing Instructions Defined Spread Service (Defined Spread Service) with Custodian’s Domestic Sub-Custodian and are subject to Paragraph 9 of this Agreement.
