Common use of Foregoing Scheduled Planning Time Clause in Contracts

Foregoing Scheduled Planning Time. When an employee agrees to forego their scheduled planning time each day for the purpose of minimizing student-teacher ratio, and will be instructing an approved graded/accredited class that appears on the master schedule and has a minimum of fifteen (15) students, the employee will be compensated at their hourly rate for that additional instructional time.
