Proper Law This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of British Columbia. The parties hereby attorn to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the Province of British Columbia.
Venue and Applicable Law Venue of this Contract shall be Williamson County, Texas, and the laws of the State of Texas shall govern all terms and conditions.

If We reasonably believe that You have attempted to offer a bribe We will terminate Our agreement with You.
Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law (1) The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this Master Agreement and the individual agreement is Kassel, Germany. Disputes shall be ruled on by ordinary jurisdiction.
Labour Laws (a) The Contractor shall obtain all relevant labour registrations and comply with all relevant labour laws applying to its employees, and shall duly pay them and afford to them all their legal rights.

Applicable Law, Default Rules (1) The arbitral tribunal will decide disputes in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable rules and principles of international law.
