Proper Law. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of British Columbia. The parties hereby attorn to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the Province of British Columbia.

Proper Law. The agreement between the BBC and the Writer shall be deemed to have been made in the United Kingdom and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute arising under that agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
