For Electronics Clause Samples
For Electronics. We will repair or replace the Covered Product, at Our discretion, when required due to a mechanical or electrical failure, including those experienced during normal wear and tear, as well as a mechanical or electrical failure caused by a direct result of a power surge (in the absence of insurance coverage). Costs related to the removal and reinstallation of Your Covered Product are not covered under this Agreement and are Your responsibility. You are responsible to back up all computer software and data prior to commencement of repair of the Covered Product.
For Electronics. Provider will repair or replace the Covered Product, at its discretion, when required due to a Breakdown , including those experienced during normal wear and tear, as well as a mechanical or electrical failure caused by a direct result of a power surge (in the absence of insurance coverage). Costs related to the removal and reinstallation of Your Covered Product are covered under this Agreement, when required, due to a covered Breakdown as governed by the “Limit of Liability” section of this Agreement. You are responsible for backing up all computer software and data prior to the commencement of repair of the Covered Product.
For Electronics. STANDARD PLANS also cover:
(a) costs related to the removal and reinstallation of Covered Products under this Plan, when required. You are responsible to backup all software and data prior to commencement of repair or replacement. ADH COVERAGE, if defined on Your Purchase Confirmation, includes
(a) mechanical breakdown, electrical breakdown and cracked screens caused by accidents such as drops or spills.

You are entitled to request a product of the same color or finish as Your original Covered Product should replacement be required as determined by Us.
