Common use of FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES OF Clause in Contracts

FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES OF. THE ARCHITECT, as described in Articles 3 and 12, other than (1) Additional Project Representation, as described in Paragraph 3.2, and (2) services included in Article 12 as part of Basic Services, but excluding services of consultants, compensation shall be computed as follows: (Insert basis of compensation, including rates and/or multiples of Direct Personnel Expenses for Principals and employees, and identify Principals and classify employees, if required.
