FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES OF. THE ARCHITECT, as described in Articles 3 and 12, other than (1) Additional Project Representation, as described in Paragraph 3.2, and (2) services included in Article 12 as part of Basic Services, but excluding services of consultants, compensation shall be computed as follows: (Insert basis of compensation, including rates and/or multiples of Direct Personnel Expenses for Principals and employees, and identify Principals and classify employees, if required. FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES OF. THE ARCHITECT, as described in Articles 3 and 12 , other than (1) Additional Project Representation as described in Section 3.2; and (2) services included in Article 12 as part of Basic Services, but excluding services of consultants, compensation shall be computed as follows: To be negotiated if, and when, Owner determines that such Additional Services are necessary. Attached as Exhibit “E” to this Agreement is a listing of the hourly rates of Architect and its consultants, which will be used as the basis for any Additional Services authorized by Owner. Architect for itself and on behalf of its consultants agrees to not change the hourly rates for a period of at least two-years after the effective date of this Agreement. Owner intends that any Additional Service authorization will be awarded on either a stipulated, fixed sum basis or a not to exceed maximum; Owner does not intend to issue any Additional Service authorization on an open ended time and material basis. § 11.3.3 FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES OF CONSULTANTS, including additional structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services and those other consultants listed in Exhibit “B” of this Agreement, no multiple may be added by the Architect for such services. Architect shall submit those costs to Owner without the addition of any multiple. See also Section 11.3.2 of this Agreement, above.

  • Fees for Additional Services You agree to pay Company’s then-current rates and expenses, including the cost of Company’s vendors, for any requests related to information retrieval, subpoenas, consulting and advisory services, or similar work.

Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.

  • Transitional Services Contractor shall provide Transitional Services to offenders who are being released from a prison, an assessment/sanction center, prerelease center, or treatment center for up to the first 90 days of community supervision after release. A Probation and Parole Officer (PO) will determine the specific services to be provided to each offender based on the offender’s needs and individualized case plan as determined or developed by the State. The referring PO will complete an agreed upon referral form designating the services selected. Contractor will confirm availability of services, establish a start date, and return the referral form to the PO and the designated State staff.

  • Contract for Professional Services of Physicians Optometrists, and Registered Nurses In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 2254.008(a)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.

  • Contracted Services Subject only to the provisions contained in the Letter of Understanding which is appended to, and which forms a part of this Agreement, the Employer agrees that all work coming under the jurisdiction of the Union, performed by anyone on behalf of, or at the instance of the Employer, directly or indirectly under contract or subcontract, shall be performed by employees who are members of the Union, or who shall become members in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the Agreement.
