Follow-up. The Employer agrees to follow-up each incident as soon as possible after an occurrence of violence in the workplace. The purpose of this follow-up will be to review the incident, gather facts, explore ways in which the Employee may be supported, review how such an incident could have been avoided and what measures, if any, are required to prevent or reduce the likelihood of such an incident from occurring again. The degree of follow-up will be dependent on the specific situation.
