Common use of Flex Time Clause in Contracts

Flex Time. Flex time is the ad hoc adjustment of scheduled hours. Flex time includes Employees adjusting daily work schedules such that lesser or increased hours alter the Employee’s scheduled hours of work, but which worked hours shall total seventy (70) hours within a pay period. The approval of the flex time as requested by the Employee will be based on the operational requirements of the Employer and in consultation with the work team. Additional premiums shall not apply. Such time off shall not be unreasonably denied.
