Fishing authorisation. 1. The procedure for obtaining a fishing authorisation for a Union vessel, the vessel reference catch, the fees applicable and the method of payment to be used by ship-owners shall be as set out in the implementing Protocol to this Agreement.
Fishing authorisation. 1. A Seychelles fishing vessel may fish or do any act preparatory to fishing in Mauritius waters provided that it is in possession of a valid fishing authorisation issued by the Mauritius Authority pursuant to this Agreement.
