Common use of First Stage Clause in Contracts

First Stage. a. The formal grievance process is initiated by submitting a written grievance on a standard form that is mutually developed by the Union and the College. The written grievance must be submitted to the Associate Xxxx of the division in which the Employee is assigned within twenty-one (21) calendar days of the act or omission on which the grievance is based.
