Finishing and Protection. All vinyl flooring shall be cleaned and polished prior to turnover as per manufacturer’s recommendations. Prior to polishing, apply a thorough coat of Xxxxxxxxx’x S-495 high quality stain-resistant sealer as per manufacturer’s instructions. Follow the sealer application with Xxxxxxxxx’x S-480 Commercial Floor Polish. The Luxury Solid Vinyl used in the Retail area and Toilet Rooms shall receive four coats of polish. Allow adequate drying time between coats as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
