Final Documents Rejection. The Department shall provide the Professional written direction regarding any rejection of the submission due to failure to adhere to the requirements of this Professional Agreement, the Project Scope, the Construction Budget, or other requirements provided by the Department. A. The Professional shall address all comments and issues raised by the Department and shall submit revised Final Design Documents that address all such comments within the revised submission deadline provided by the Department in the rejection notification. The Professional also shall submit a written response to all Department comments indicating how the Professional addressed each comment and a proposed recovery Project Schedule with the revised submission. The Department shall set forth the final recovery Project Schedule that the Professional shall adhere to throughout the remainder of the Project. B. During the period of rejection, the Professional shall not submit any additional invoices for this submission or any subsequent submission until it receives approval of the submission from the Department.
