Our bills are subject to payment in accordance with Our existing schedule of prices (“Our Tariff”), subject to any pricing commitments contained in the Service Application, without deduction or setoff of any kind. Recurring monthly fees are due and payable in advance of each monthly billing period for which You have purchased Service. Monthly fees are non-refundable. The initial invoice may include the fee for installation/initialization, and may include other applicable non-recurring installation charges, including, but not limited to, charges for Equipment and inside wiring. You agree that You are responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local use, excise, sales or privilege taxes, and all fees chargeable to Us as a result of Our provisioning of Service to You.
