Minimum Service Term. If You terminate Service prior to the expiration of the Minimum Service Term associated with the Service option you have selected, You will owe any Termination Fees as described in your Service Application or, as applicable, Our Price List, unless waived by Us in writing as part of a new Service Application, in addition to such other fees due and payable under this Agreement and any fees for the non-return of equipment.

Minimum Service Term. Our Service requires you to commit to a single 24-month minimum service term, regardless of the Service(s) you purchase or the date you make your purchase (“Minimum Service Term”), starting on the day your Internet Service is activated, unless a different term is expressly provided in the written terms of the Product Addendum and in a Customer Quote. If you upgrade from a Service plan and the upgraded plan requires: (i) the use of upgraded Leased Equipment (as defined below), or (ii) a service call to your location, then you must commit to a new 24-month Minimum Service Term beginning on the date we activate your new plan. If you terminate Service with us prior to the expiration of the then-applicable Minimum Service Term, you will owe (and your credit card, debit card, or bank account will be charged) a Termination Fee (“Termination Fee”) in accordance with Section 2.3 below.
Minimum Service Term. You are subject to the Minimum Service Term and any applicable Termination Fees as detailed in Section 2.3 of the Agreement.

Minimum Service Term. This Agreement shall commence upon the installation date for Services as stated on the Customer Application (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue thereafter and remain in effect for a period of twenty- four (24) consecutive months (the ”Minimum Service Term”), unless terminated early by either party as described herein. In order to induce Customer to enter into a long-term relationship with Customer, CIB may offer a promotion or discount in connection with the Services and/or CIB Equipment, such as free installation or equipment, reduced pricing, rebates or other incentives, to Customer. In the event Services are disconnected or canceled prior to the end of the applicable Minimum Service Term, in addition to any other applicable fees, Customer agrees to pay CIB a recovery fee equal to the promotion received or discount given. In the event of a discount the recovery fee shall be equal to the difference (calculated by CIB in accordance with its standard business practices) between the regular price of the Services and/or CIB Equipment at the time Customer accepted the discount and the discount price Customer paid during the time it received Services under this Agreement. Recovery fees are cumulative and shall be in addition to any other charges or fees Customer may owe CIB and any fees or charges that CIB may charge Customer upon termination in accordance with this Agreement. Recovery fees shall be billed by the CIB within sixty (60) days of termination or cancellation of Services and shall be paid by Customer upon the due date stated on the billing statement.
