Minimum Service Term. If You terminate Service prior to the expiration of the Minimum Service Term associated with the Service option you have selected, You will owe any Termination Fees as described in your Service Application or, as applicable, Our Price List, unless waived by Us in writing as part of a new Service Application, in addition to such other fees due and payable under this Agreement and any fees for the non-return of equipment.
Minimum Service Term. Our Service requires you to commit to a single 24-month minimum service term, regardless of the Service(s) you purchase or the date you make your purchase (“Minimum Service Term”), starting on the day your Internet Service is activated, unless a different term is expressly provided in the written terms of the Product Addendum and in a Customer Quote. If you upgrade from a Service plan and the upgraded plan requires: (i) the use of upgraded Leased Equipment (as defined below), or (ii) a service call to your location, then you must commit to a new 24-month Minimum Service Term beginning on the date we activate your new plan. If you terminate Service with us prior to the expiration of the then-applicable Minimum Service Term, you will owe (and your credit card, debit card, or bank account will be charged) a Termination Fee (“Termination Fee”) in accordance with Section 2.3 below.
Minimum Service Term. You are subject to the Minimum Service Term and any applicable Termination Fees as detailed in Section 2.3 of the Agreement.
Minimum Service Term. Wireless Services may require a device or Business Plan to remain active for a minimum period of time (“Minimum Service Term”). The Minimum Service Term begins on the wireless device purchase date and ends on the expiration of the device Minimum Service Term or the Business Plan Minimum Service Term, whichever is later. The applicable Minimum Service Term(s) are available at Customer’s My Sprint Business account or by contacting Customer’s Sprint Account Representative.
Minimum Service Term. Each Order for WCP Service must have at least a 12-month "Order Term". The Order Term will start from the date that the Acceptance Test described in Clause 1.1.3.8 (Acceptance Testing) is successfully completed.
Minimum Service Term. This Agreement shall commence upon the installation date for Services as stated on the Customer Application (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue thereafter and remain in effect for a period of twenty- four (24) consecutive months (the ”Minimum Service Term”), unless terminated early by either party as described herein. If Customer only receives voice Services without video and/or Internet Services, then the Minimum Service Term for such Customer shall only be for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. For all Customers, upon the expiration of the Minimum Service Term, Customer shall automatically continue to receive Services on a month-to- month basis until such Services are terminated by Customer or canceled by CIB in accordance with this Agreement. In order to induce Customer to enter into a long-term relationship with Customer, CIB may offer a promotion or discount in connection with the Services and/or CIB Equipment, such as free installation or equipment, reduced pricing, rebates or other incentives, to Customer. In the event Services are disconnected or canceled prior to the end of the applicable Minimum Service Term, in addition to any other applicable fees, Customer agrees to pay CIB a recovery fee equal to the promotion received or discount given. In the event of a discount the recovery fee shall be equal to the difference (calculated by CIB in accordance with its standard business practices) between the regular price of the Services and/or CIB Equipment at the time Customer accepted the discount and the discount price Customer paid during the time it received Services under this Agreement. Recovery fees are cumulative and shall be in addition to any other charges or fees Customer may owe CIB and any fees or charges that CIB may charge Customer upon termination in accordance with this Agreement. Recovery fees shall be billed by the CIB within sixty (60) days of termination or cancellation of Services and shall be paid by Customer upon the due date stated on the billing statement.

Minimum Service Term. 7.1 Client acknowledges that the Monthly Recurring Charges for the Service(s) are based on Client's commitment to utilize the Services for the Minimum Service Term. Therefore, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, if Client Disconnects a Service prior to the expiration of its Minimum Service Term, Client shall be liable for and shall pay to Seller: (A) an amount equal to the Monthly Recurring Charge for the Service multiplied by the number of months remaining in the Minimum Service Term of the Service, (B) any unpaid Non-Recurring Charges, taxes and other charges, plus (C) the aggregate Disconnection charges, payable to any third party suppliers, if any, for which Seller is or becomes contractually liable in connection with any Disconnection, regardless of whether Client utilizes all or any part of the Service during all or any part of the Minimum Service Term applicable to the Service.
