Reactivation. To reactivate suspended Service, you must bring your account current through the month of reactivation by making payment in full of any outstanding balance, fees and other applicable charges. In addition, we may require a deposit before reactivating your Service. The amount of the deposit will not exceed one year of monthly fees. Any amounts deposited by you will appear on your statement as a credit, and service charges and other fees will be invoiced as described above. If you fail to pay any amount on a subsequent xxxx, the unpaid amount will be deducted each billing cycle from the credit amount. Credit amounts will not earn or accrue interest.

Reactivation. Company reserves the right to reactivate any suspended, cancelled or deactivated Subscriber Account at its sole discretion, subject to Applicable Law. Upon reactivation, the Company may in addition to charging reactivation fees, deduct the expenses, charges and/or penalties that the Company may deem fit, subject to Applicable Law. These additional charges shall be debited from the Subscriber Account or separately recovered from the Subscriber at the option of the Company.

Reactivation. If Your Service is suspended or terminated due to Your default or violation of this Agreement, We may require before reactivating service: (a) an additional deposit or advance payment; (b) a reactivation fee; (c) all outstanding amounts owed for service rendered; and (d) if installation or new Equipment is required, appropriate installation or Equipment charges. Advance payments will appear on your statement as a credit, and service charges and other fees will be invoiced as described above. If You fail to pay any amount on a subsequent xxxx, the unpaid amount will be deducted each billing cycle from the credit amount. Such credit amounts shall not earn or accrue interest.
Reactivation. If the Creditor Agency is reactivating a Debt that was previously closed in CRS after the Debtor exercised any due process right the Debtor has pursuant to any law governing the collection of the Debt, the Creditor Agency has complied with all requirements in such laws and has resolved, in accordance with the Creditor Agency’s procedures, any outstanding dispute or any request for administrative review, hearing, or proof of debt documentation.
Reactivation. THERE MAY BE TECHNOLOGICAL MEASURES IN THE PROGRAM THAT ARE DESIGNED TO PREVENT UNLICENSED USE OF THE PROGRAM. You understand that You may need to activate or reactivate the Program from time to time to continue use of the Program.
Reactivation. In the event that a Legal Shield policy in the name of the policy holder had previously been cancelled for any reason, an administrative fee equal to one (1) months premium shall be payable as a first charge on the new policy.

A minimum re-activation fee of $50 will be applied.
Reactivation. If you wish to reactivate a terminated account, and we agree at our sole discretion to reactivate the account, you will be required to pay the reactivation fee as set forth on our site at Rates.
