Fees; Taxes; Charges; Payment Terms; Other Charges. All PBB bills are subject to payment in accordance with the PBB Price List, without deduction or setoff of any kind. Any representation by a PBB representative contrary to the Agreement does not constitute an offer and thus may be corrected or modified. Recurring monthly fees are due and payable in advance of each monthly billing period for which You have purchased Service. You will pay all taxes or other governmental fees and charges, if any, which are assessed. The initial invoice will include the fee for installation, and may include other applicable non-recurring installation charges including, but not limited to, charges for Equipment and inside wiring.
