Federal or State Law. Should any Federal or State law or regulations, or the final decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, affect any provision of this Agreement, the provision or provisions so affected shall be deemed to be amended so as to conform to the law, regulation, or decision, and otherwise this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
