Common use of Façade Enhancements Clause in Contracts

Façade Enhancements. Façade Enhancements shall consist of the following: Redeveloper’s cost to construct the exterior façade of the New Building in accordance with the approved Exterior Construction Drawings for the greater good of the community in excess of that required by the City of Lincoln Building Code and the Lincoln Downtown Design Standards.

Façade Enhancements shall consist of the following: Redeveloper’s cost to construct the vertical exterior façade façades of the New Building in accordance with Private Improvements, including the cost to construct and preserve the historic façade, as shown on the approved Exterior Construction Drawings for the greater good of the community in excess of that required by the City of Lincoln Building Code and the Lincoln Downtown Design Standards.

Façade Enhancements. Façade Enhancements shall consist of the following: Redeveloper’s cost to construct the exterior façade of the New addition to the historic Cotswold Building in accordance with the approved Exterior Construction Drawings Documents for the greater good of the community in excess of exceeding that required by the City of Lincoln Building Code and the applicable City of Lincoln Downtown Design Standards.

Façade Enhancements. Façade Enhancements shall consist of the following: Redeveloper’s cost to construct the exterior façade façades of the New Building in accordance with Private Improvements, as shown on the approved Exterior Construction Drawings for the greater good of the community in excess of that required by the City of Lincoln Building Code and the Lincoln Downtown Design Standardsapplicable design standards.
