Family payment. 1. The portion of the monthly rent to owner payable by the family (“tenant rent”) will be determined by the PHA in accordance with HUD requirements. The amount of the tenant rent is subject to change during the term of the HAP contract. Any changes in the amount of the tenant rent will be effective on the date stated in a notice by the PHA to the family and the owner.
