Tenancy. If for any reason the Tenant or Tenant’s guest(s) fail to comply with this Lease Agreement, or the Tenant misrepresented themselves in this Lease Agreement or on the Rental Application, the Tenant may be found in violation of this Lease Agreement and at the Landlord’s decision this document may become Void.
Tenancy. If for any reason the Sublessee or Sublessee’s guest(s) fail to comply with this Sublease or Parent Agreement, or the Sublessee misrepresented themselves in this Sublease Agreement or on the Rental Application, the Sublessee may be found in violation of this Sublease Agreement and at the Lessor’s decision this document may become Void.
Tenancy. If the Sub Lessee fails to comply with this agreement or the Master Agreement, or the Sub Lessee misrepresented themselves in the application process, the Sub Lessee shall be found in violation of this Sublease Agreement and upon the decision by the Sub Lessor this agreement may become void.
Tenancy. 1.1 The Tenant will occupy the Premises as a Tenant from the Commencement Date for the Term.
Tenancy. If the Tenant misrepresented any claim in the lease agreement or in the process of authorization, i.e. the “Rental Application,” the Tenant may be found in violation of the Lease Agreement and be subject to default.
Tenancy. A reference in this agreement to the Tenancy is to the tenancy created by this agreement. Tenant: A reference to the Tenant includes a reference to anyone who succeeds to or inherits this tenancy on the death of the Tenant.
Tenancy. Any interests of the Purchaser and Vendors in and to any of the mineral property interests comprising the Property shall be held as tenants in common and not as joint tenants.
