FAMILY LEAVE CARE. It is the intent of this Section to make available to employees leave under the Federal Family Leave Act (FMLA) and the California Family Rights Act (CFRA) (Government Code Section 12945.2). This Section shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with state and federal law and regulations.
