FAIR PRACTICE. A. The employer and Union agree that there shall be no discrimination against any person because of age, sex, race, creed, national origin, handicap, political affiliation, union affiliation, marital status or for any reason in violation of the law. The parties agree to cooperate in complying with the requirements of any applicable federal, state or local handicap or disability laws.
