FAIR PRACTICE. The Board and the Association agree to not discriminate against any employee on the basis of religion, race, color, national origin, age, gender, height, weight, handicap, sexual orientation, marital status, membership or participation in, or association with the activities of the Association, in accordance with the law.

FAIR PRACTICE. As exclusive representative, the Association shall not preclude from membership any person in the unit described in ARTICLE I. The Association will represent equally all persons described in ARTICLE I without regard to membership in, participation, or activities in the Association.

The Federation will accept into voluntary membership all employees covered by this Agreement without regard to age, religion, sexual orientation, race, color, creed, national origin, sex, marital status, handicapped physical condition or affiliation with any employee organization.

FAIR PRACTICE. A. The Board and/or its designee and Union shall continue their policies of equal employment or membership of all employees regardless of race, color, creed, age, national origin, sex, handicapping conditions, marital status, membership or lack of membership in the employees’ organizations. The employee shall have the right to join or not to join the Union without restraint.
