Failure to Meet Community Workforce Goals. Whenever there is a documented trend or failure to meet the community workforce goals, the Contractor, working collaboratively with its Subcontractors and Signatory Union(s), must develop additional specific outreach strategies and report its plan for achieving compliance to the Committee to improve future performance.

  • Failure to Meet Timelines Failure by the Union to comply with the timelines will result in the automatic withdrawal of the grievance. Failure by the Employer to comply with the timelines will entitle the Union to move the grievance to the next step of the procedure.
