Failure to Deliver Jury Duty or Witness Fees. Any employee who willfully or intentionally fails to deliver either jury per diem or witness fees and expenses to the City while retaining his base pay for the same period of time may be subject to disciplinary action for work-related misconduct and/or employee dishonesty.
