Common use of Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Plot Clause in Contracts

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Plot. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Plot from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Plot to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Plot. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Plot plot from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Plot plot to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2Allottee.

In case the Allottee Allottee(s) fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2as per Term No. 6.2 above, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2under Term No. 6.2 above.

Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2Term No. 7.2 above, the Allottee Allottee(s) shall take possession of the Plot from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Plot to the allotteeAllottee(s). In case the Allottee Allottee(s) fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2as per Term No. 7.2 above, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2under Term No. 7.2 above.

Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2clause 8.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Plot from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Plot to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2clause 8.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges towards maintenance of Physical and Social Infrastructure as specified in para 7.2applicable.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Plot. (s) – Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.26.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Plot Plot(s) from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Plot Plot(s) to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.26.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Plot. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Plot from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Plot plot to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Plot. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2contemplated hereinabove, the Allottee shall take possession of the Plot from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings undertakings, sale deed and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Plot to the allotteeAllottee as per terms and conditions of the Agreement. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2The Allottee, such Allottee shall continue to be liable after taking possession, agree(s) to pay the maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2determined by the Promoter/ association of allottees / competent authority, as the case may be.

In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Plot. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Plot. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Plot from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation and after paying the total price along with interest if any charged by the promoter on account of delayed payment on part of the Allottee, as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Plot to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

Upon receiving a written awritten intimation from the Promoter as per para clause 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Plot plot from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Plot plot to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.applicable.
