FACILITIES AND PROGRAM REVIEW. CONTRACTOR shall allow access to its facilities for periodic monitoring of each pupil’s instructional program by XXXXX and XXX representatives and designees. Such representatives and designees shall have reasonable access to observe each pupil at work, observe the instructional and residential setting, interview CONTRACTOR, review each pupil’s progress including the behavior intervention plan and ITP, if any, and related documentation, as XXX xxxxx appropriate. Such access may include unannounced monitoring visits. SELPA and LEA representatives and designees making site visits shall initially report to CONTRACTOR’s site administrative office. CONTRACTOR shall be invited to participate in XXX’s progress review of pupil’s enrolled in CONTRACTOR’s program.
