Common use of External Investigation Procedures Clause in Contracts

External Investigation Procedures. (A) When any City entity outside of the Department of Public Safety initiates an investigation of a member who is the focus of the investigation, and the Department orders the member to participate in such investigation, the member shall have all rights which would otherwise apply to an investigation conducted by the Internal Affairs Bureau.
