External Investigation Procedures Clause Samples

The External Investigation Procedures clause outlines the steps and protocols to be followed when an organization engages an independent third party to investigate specific incidents or allegations. Typically, this clause details how external investigators are selected, the scope of their authority, and the process for reporting findings. Its core function is to ensure impartiality and transparency in handling sensitive matters, thereby maintaining trust and compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.
