Extension of Time Frames. Where a timeframe applies under this clause 19 in relation to a Dispute, the Parties may (acting reasonably) agree to vary that timeframe and if the Parties do agree a varied timeframe then this clause 19 will apply in relation to that Dispute subject to that varied timeframe.
