Samples Physical examples of materials, equipment, or workmanship that are representative of some portion of the Work and that establish the standards by which such portion of the Work will be judged. The Contractor shall furnish for approval all samples required by the Contract Documents. The Work shall be in accordance with approved samples.
Stored Materials If payment is requested on account of materials or equipment not incorporated in the Subcontract Work but delivered and suitably stored on site or off site at some other location agreed upon in writing, payment for such materials or equipment shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions as allowed by the Contract Documents. In such cases: (1) insurance shall be provided with Contractor and Owner’s names on the policy, and Subcontractor shall furnish detailed inventory, including invoices, for all such stored materials, and (2) Subcontractor shall comply with such other procedures satisfactory to the Owner and Contractor to establish the Owner’s title to such materials and equipment, or otherwise to protect the Owner’s and Contractor’s interest including transportation to the site. If the Contract Documents do not permit payment for stored materials, then no such payment will be made.
Materials The Executive will use Confidential Information only for normal and customary use in the Company’s business, as determined reasonably and in good faith by the Company. The Executive will return to the Company all Confidential Information and copies thereof and all other property of the Company or any Company Affiliate at any time upon the request of the Company and in any event immediately after termination of Executive’s employment. The Executive agrees to identify and return to the Company any copies of any Confidential Information after the Executive ceases to be employed by the Company. Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, nothing in this Section 7 shall prevent the Executive from retaining a home computer (provided all Confidential Information has been removed), papers and other materials of a personal nature, including diaries, calendars and Rolodexes, information relating to his compensation or relating to reimbursement of expenses, information that may be needed for tax purposes, and copies of plans, programs and agreements relating to his employment.
Dangerous Materials Lessee shall not keep or have on the leased premises any article or thing of a dangerous, inflammable, or explosive character that might unreasonably increase the danger of fire on the leased premises or that might be considered hazardous or extra hazardous by any responsible insurance company.
Course Materials The adoption of any course materials, print or electronic, after a Course Agreement is signed will require an agreed and signed addendum.
Products Products available under this Contract are limited to Software, including Software as a Service, products and related products as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may incorporate changes to their product offering; however, any changes must be within the scope of products awarded based on the posting described in Section 1.B above. Vendor may not add a manufacturer’s product line which was not included in the Vendor’s response to the solicitation described in Section 1.B above.
Customer Materials 3.1 If Customer provides Customer Materials in connection with Kigen providing the Services, Customer agrees that, subject to Clause 4 (Confidentiality), Kigen, its Subsidiaries, and Suppliers may use Customer Materials to provide the Services to Customer. Customer agrees that Kigen’s use of the Customer Materials does not require any additional consents or licences, will be in compliance with applicable laws, and will not violate any intellectual property, privacy or other right of any third party. As between Kigen and Customer, Customer retains all other rights in and to Customer Materials.
SHOP DRAWINGS, PRODUCT DATA AND SAMPLES 4.12.1 Shop Drawings are drawings, diagrams, schedules and other, data specially prepared for the Work by the Contractor or any Subcontractor, manufacturer, supplier or distributor to illustrate some portion of the Work.
Third Party Materials The Application may display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products, services, and/or materials) or provide links to third-party websites or services, including through third- party advertising ("Third-Party Materials"). You acknowledge and agree that Company is not responsible for Third-Party Materials, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof. Company does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Materials. Third-Party Materials and links thereto are provided solely as a convenience to you, and you access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to such third parties' terms and conditions.
Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.
