Common use of Experience Pay Clause in Contracts

Where, in the Hospital's opinion such experience is relevant, the employee shall be slotted in that step of the wage progression consistent with one (1) year's service for every one (1) year years of related experience in the classification on the completion of the employee's probationary period.
