Common use of Expenses Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Expenses Reimbursement. The Employee shall be entitled to be reimbursed for all actual business expenses arising out of business travel, lodging and meals, subject to the Employee providing proper documentation and provided further that such business expenses have been approved in advance, all in accordance with Company’s applicable policy and procedures as shall be from time to time.

Expenses Reimbursement. The Employee shall be entitled to be reimbursed for all actual direct, out-of-pocket business expenses arising out of incurred by him in connection with his employment (including, without limitation, expenses for travel and entertainment incurred in conducting or promoting business travelfor the Company), lodging and meals, subject to upon timely submission by the Employee providing proper documentation of receipts and provided further that such business expenses have been approved in advanceother documentation, all and in accordance with the normal expense reimbursement policy of the Company’s applicable policy and procedures as shall be from time to time.
