Expanded Telework. A. No more than 25% of bargaining unit employees may participate in expanded telework (defined as teleworking for 3, 4 or 5 days per week), in any Regional Office, Division, or Office, except that there will be no participation cap in the Division of Corporation Finance. As an initial selection process if the cap is reached in any office, selections will be based on seniority among applicants who meet the eligibility criteria. Thereafter, qualified applicants will be selected on a first come, first served basis as slots are available.
