Existing Condition Limitations. We do not cover services for Pre-Existing Conditions until You have been covered by this Contract for twelve months. See the "Definitions" section of this Contract for the definition of a Pre-Existing Condition.

  • Existing Conditions Tenant accepts the Property in its condition as of the execution of the Lease, subject to all recorded matters, laws, ordinances, and governmental regulations and orders. Except as provided herein, Tenant acknowledges that neither Landlord nor any agent of Landlord has made any representation as to the condition of the Property or the suitability of the Property for Tenant's intended use. Tenant represents and warrants that Tenant has made its own inspection of and inquiry regarding the condition of the Property and is not relying on any representations of Landlord or any Broker with respect thereto. If Landlord or Landlord's Broker has provided a Property Information Sheet or other Disclosure Statement regarding the Property, a copy is attached as an exhibit to the Lease.

In that event, Your original term to maturity will remain unchanged, and the increased rate will only apply to the remaining term of Your Account.

  • Vesting Conditions Each Award of Stock Units may or may not be subject to vesting. Vesting shall occur, in full or in installments, upon satisfaction of the conditions specified in the Stock Unit Award Agreement. A Stock Unit Award Agreement may provide for accelerated vesting in the event of the Participant’s death, disability or retirement or other events.   • Pre-Existing Conditions The Contractor acknowledges that it has been provided unrestricted access to the existing improvements and conditions on the Project site and that it has thoroughly investigated those conditions. Contractor’s investigation was instrumental in preparing its Proposal to perform the Work. Contractor shall not make or be entitled to any adjustment to the Contract Time or the Contract Sum arising from Project conditions that Contractor discovered or, in the exercise of reasonable care, should have discovered in Contractor’s investigation.

  • Actions to Satisfy Closing Conditions Each Party shall take all actions as are within its power and otherwise use its commercially reasonable efforts so as to ensure compliance with the conditions set forth in this Section 6.
