Common use of Executive overview Clause in Contracts

Executive overview. The scope of service in this contract relates to the management, supervision, labour, consumable supply, provision of equipment, administration, warehousing and storage related to the service sandblasting/abrasive cleaning. The Employer’s objectives for this contract are security of supply, economies of scale, encouraging a long- term commercial relationship with the Contractor based on mutual trust, commitment to common goals and an understanding of each Party’s expectations and values. The method of assessment is described elsewhere in this Service Information.
