Execution of Further Documents, Etc. In the case of each Grantor, at any time and from time to time, and at the sole expense of such Grantor, such Grantor will promptly and duly execute and deliver, and have recorded, such further instruments and documents and take such further actions reasonably requested by the Security Trustee (at the written direction of the Administrative Agent) for the purpose of obtaining or preserving the full benefits of this Agreement and of the rights and powers herein granted, including, without limitation, the filing of any financing or continuation statements under the Uniform Commercial Code (or other similar laws) in effect in any jurisdiction with respect to the security interests created hereby with respect to the Collateral owned or held by it, subject in the case of any Portfolio Aircraft or any Lease, to the limitations set forth in the definition of Perfection Requirements.

Execution of Further Documents, Etc. Except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement or the Security Documents, at any time and from time to time, and at its sole expense, promptly and duly execute and deliver, and have recorded, such instruments and documents and take such further actions as shall be necessary or as shall be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Trustee to obtain or preserve the full benefits of the Security Documents and the rights and powers therein granted, including the filing of any financing or continuation statements under the Uniform Commercial Code (or other similar laws) in effect in any jurisdiction with respect to the security interests created under the Security Documents with respect to the Collateral owned or held by it.

  • Execution of Further Documents Each party agrees to execute and deliver without further consideration any further applications, licenses, assignments or other documents, and to perform such other lawful acts as the other party may reasonably require to fully secure and/or evidence the rights or interests herein.
