Execution of Further Releases. At any time at or after the Effective Time, at the request of either Party, the other Party shall cause each member of its respective Group to execute and deliver releases reflecting the provisions of this Section 4.1.

It is the intent of each of Parent and SpinCo by virtue of the provisions of this Section 5.1 to provide for a full and complete release and discharge of all Liabilities existing or arising from all acts and events occurring or failing to occur or alleged to have occurred or to have failed to occur and all conditions existing or alleged to have existed at or before the Effective Time, between or among Parent or any other Parent Entity, on the one hand, and SpinCo or any other SpinCo Entity, on the other hand (including any contractual agreements or arrangements existing or alleged to exist between or among any such Entity(ies) at or before the Effective Time), except as expressly set forth in Section 5.1(c). At any time, at the reasonable request of a Party, the other Party will cause each Entity affiliated with such Party to execute and deliver releases reflecting the provisions hereof.
Execution of Further Releases. It is the intent of each of BWC and BWHI, by virtue of the provisions of this Section 5.1, to provide for a full and complete release and discharge of all Liabilities existing or arising from all acts and events occurring or failing to occur or alleged to have occurred or to have failed to occur and all conditions existing or alleged to have existed on or before the Separation Time, between or among BWHI or any other member of the BWHI Group, on the one hand, and BWC or any other member of the FHI Group, on the other hand (including any contractual agreements or arrangements existing or alleged to exist between or among any such members on or before the Separation Time), except as expressly set forth in Section 5.1(c). At any time, at the reasonable request of the other Party, each Party shall cause each member of its respective Group to execute and deliver such other and further releases reflecting the provisions hereof that the Parties deem to be necessary or desirable to carry out the purposes of this Section 5.1.

At any time at or after the Effective Time, at the request of Post, on the one hand, or BellRing Inc. or BellRing LLC, on the other hand, Post (in the case of a request by BellRing Inc. or BellRing LLC) or BellRing LLC (in the case of a request by Post) shall cause each member of its respective Group to execute and deliver releases reflecting the provisions of this Section 5.1.
Execution of Further Releases. At any time at or after the Spin-Off Effective Time, at the request of SpinCo or Citadel, as applicable, the other Party will cause each member of its respective Group to execute and deliver releases reflecting the provisions of this Section 10.01.
