Further Documents. Lender or its counsel shall have received such other and further approvals, opinions, documents and information as Lender or its counsel may have reasonably requested including the Loan Documents in form and substance satisfactory to Lender and its counsel.
Further Documents. The parties shall execute and deliver all documents and perform further actions that may be reasonably necessary to effectuate the provisions of this Agreement.

The Borrower will from time to time execute and deliver or endorse any and all instruments, documents, conveyances, assignments, security agreements, financing statements and other agreements and writings that the Lender may reasonably request in order to secure, protect, perfect or enforce the Security Interest or the Lender's rights under the Loan Documents (but any failure to request or assure that the Borrower executes, delivers or endorses any such item shall not affect or impair the validity, sufficiency or enforceability of the Loan Documents and the Security Interest, regardless of whether any such item was or was not executed, delivered or endorsed in a similar context or on a prior occasion).
Further Documents. Each party will do anything (including executing any document), and will ensure that its Personnel do anything (including executing any document), that the other party may reasonably require to give full effect to this Agreement.

Further Documents. Each party shall execute and deliver all further instruments, documents and papers, and shall perform any and all acts necessary reasonably requested by the other party, to give full force and effect to all of the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
