Execution of Basic Documents. The Basic Documents shall have been executed and delivered by the parties thereto.
Execution of Basic Documents. The Certificate Trustee ---------------------------- is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver on behalf of the Trust each of the Basic Documents to which the Trust is a party, in each case in the form presented to it by the Originator. The execution and delivery of the Underwriting Agreement by the Originator on behalf of the Trust is hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects.
