Common use of Exclusion Clause in Contracts

Exclusion. During her leave without pay, an employee is not entitled to the benefits of the collective agreement, nor can she acquire or accumulate rights or advantages liable to give her any benefit whatsoever upon her return, except if expressly stipulated in this clause and subject to her right to claim previously acquired benefits.
