Common use of Excluded Employees Clause in Contracts

Excluded Employees. This allowance does not apply to: (1) an Employee employed exclusively as first aid officer; or (2) an Employee whose appointment to the position of first aid officer has been taken into account in classifying their position.

Excluded Employees. This allowance does not apply to: (1i) a nurse; (ii) an Employee employed exclusively as a first aid officer; or (2iii) an Employee whose appointment to the position of first aid officer has been taken into account in classifying their position.
