Exceptions to Time Limits. A. The time limits provided in this Article shall be strictly observed unless extended by written agreement of the parties. B. When a grievance is submitted on or after May 15, time limits shall consist of all weekdays, so that the matter may be resolved before the close of the school term or as soon as possible thereafter. C. Notwithstanding the expiration of this Agreement, any claim or grievance arising thereunder may be processed through this grievance procedure until resolution.
