Examinations and Tests. The School’s principal may, after consultation with the Parent and Student, decline to enter a Student's name for an examination or achievement test if, in the exercise of professional judgment, the School’s principal considers that the Student's performance is below the standard required for that examination or that by doing so the Student's prospects in other examinations would be impaired and/or if the Student has not prepared for the examination with sufficient diligence, for example, because the Student has not worked or studied in accordance with advice or instruction from the staff.
