Common use of Evening Premium Clause in Contracts

Evening Premium. Effective date of ratification, an evening premium of two dollars and twenty-five cents ($2.25) per hour shall be paid to any nurse for each completed hour worked between 5:00 p.m. on any day to 11:59 p.m.

Evening Premium. Effective date of ratification, ratification an evening premium of two dollars one dollar and twenty-fifty five cents ($2.251.55) per hour shall be paid to any nurse for each completed hour worked between 5:00 p.m. on any day to 11:59 p.m.7:00 a.m. on the next day.

Evening Premium. Effective date of ratification, an evening premium of two dollars and twenty-five ten cents ($2.252.10) per hour shall be paid to any nurse for each completed hour worked between 5:00 p.m. on any day to 11:59 p.m.7:00 a.m. on the next day. Effective April 1, 2016 increase the premium to two dollars and fifteen cents ($2.15) per hour. Effective April 1, 2017 increase the premium to two dollars and twenty-five cents ($2.25) per hour.
