Common use of Evening Premium Clause in Contracts

Evening Premium. An evening premium of one dollar and thirty-five cents ($1.35) per hour shall be paid to any nurse for each completed hour worked between 1900 hours on any day to 0600 hours on the next day.

Evening Premium. An evening premium of one dollar two dollars and thirtyninety-five eight cents ($1.352.98) per hour shall be paid to any nurse for each completed hour worked between 1900 hours 5:00 p.m. on any day to 0600 hours and 7:00 a.m. on the next day.

Evening Premium. An evening premium of one dollar and thirtyseventy-five cents ($1.350.75) per hour shall be paid to any nurse for each completed hour worked between 1900 hours on any day to 0600 hours on the next day.

Evening Premium. An evening premium of one dollar and thirtyseventy-five cents ($1.3575¢) per hour shall be paid to any nurse for each completed hour worked between 1900 hours 5:00 p.m. on any day and 7:00 a.m. on the next day. Effective September 1, 2006, an evening premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour shall be paid to 0600 hours any nurse for each completed hour worked between 5:00 p.m. on any day and 7:00 a.m. on the next day.

Effective June 17, 2009, an evening premium of one dollar and seventy cents ($1.70) per hour shall be paid to 0600 hours any nurse for each completed hour worked between 5:00 p.m. on any day and 7:00 a.m. on the next day. Effective April 1, 2010, an evening premium of one dollar and eighty-five cents ($1.85) per hour shall be paid to any nurse for each completed hour worked between 5:00 p.m. on any day and 7:00 a.m. on the next day.

Evening Premium. An Effective April 1, 2010, an evening premium of one dollar and thirty-five cents ($1.351.00) per hour shall be paid to any nurse for each completed hour worked between 1900 hours on any day to 0600 hours on the next day. Effective April 1, 2011, the evening premium shall be one dollar and five cents ($1.05) per hour. Effective April 1, 2013, the evening premium shall be one dollar and fifteen cents ($1.15) per hour.

An Effective April 1, 2012, an evening premium of one dollar and thirty-five cents two dollars ($1.352.00) per hour shall be paid to any nurse for each completed hour worked between 1900 hours 5:00 p.m. on any day and 7:00 a.m. on the next day. Effective April 1, 2013, an evening premium of two dollars and ten cents ($2.10) per hour shall be paid to 0600 hours any nurse for each completed hour worked between 5:00 p.m. on any day and 7:00 a.m. on the next day.
