Evaluation Measures. 3.4.1 Teachers will be evaluated in accordance with Education Code section 44662 regarding the four evaluation criteria: 1) The progress of students toward the grade level standards; 2) The instructional techniques and strategies; 3) The employee’s adherence to curricular objectives; and 4) The establishment and maintenance of a suitable learning environment.
