Evaluation Conferences. The Division Chair shall schedule a conference with each faculty member to discuss the results of the evaluation. The Chair shall prepare a summary of the evaluation conference which shall be presented to the faculty member within ten (10) days of the conference and placed in the personnel files in the offices of the Division, ▇▇▇▇ and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The faculty member shall sign the report to acknowledge receipt thereof.
