Common use of Evaluation Conferences Clause in Contracts

Evaluation Conferences. Following each evaluation, which shall include a conference with the evaluator, the employee shall sign and be given a copy of the evaluation. In no case shall the employee’s signature be construed to mean that he/she necessarily agrees with the contents of the evaluation. An employee may submit additional comments to the written evaluation if he/she desires. All written evaluations are to be placed in the employee’s personnel file.
